The first day of the conference was FANTASTIC -- we just wrapped up the cocktail/social hour at the Liberty Hotel, and everyone went off to dinner and to get a good night's sleep for tomorrow's full agenda. The Liberty Hotel in Boston has been **amazing** in their customer service and professionalism... In 12 years of running Experience, I have never worked with a venue that has SO exceeded expectations at every turn. They know that Liz's expectations are very, very high -- but I think even Liz is impressed...! Looking forward to finding breakthroughs tomorrow.... Jenny
